The United States Space Force (USSF) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is searching for a Space Measurement and Signature Intelligence Analyst to support NSIC (GG-0132-7 target 12).

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled motivated intelligence analyst that can provide integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to collect, process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) accurate and timely information that support space Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) mission objectives.

Perform duties involving the processing and exploitation of intelligence information to derive products in support of space Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) mission objectives.

Experience with SIPC construct and how space MASINT is involved in process. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have space MASINT experience.

Experienced in space MASINT analysis and production within the Intelligence Community (IC) or the Department of War. Experience working with complex datasets, primarily MASINT data.

Experience in space MASINT database management and sustainment., training/certification experience, SIPC background & Mission management experience. Key Skills and Abilities: 1.

Knowledge of intelligence community policies, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities and requirements to perform intelligence research and operations planning, collection, target analysis and/or other intelligence-related activities.

2.

Knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of intelligence operations, research, analysis and integration; and skill in analysis/production of reports and other products in response to the specific needs of customers to include formulating, gathering, organizing and analyzing information; resolving conflicts; and presenting clear and concise findings.

3.

Skill in conducting unbiased, difficult research, identify appropriate available systems/data sources, and produce collections requirements assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities and to develop new methods, approaches, or procedures.

4.

Skill in analysis and production of reports and other products that respond to specific needs of customers to include formulating, gathering, organizing and analyzing information; and presenting clear and concise findings.

5.

Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations.
