About the position: This position is located at Eifel Arms Inn on Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Military Spouse Preference is lost if selected for this position. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Recruitment limited only to the local commuting area of Spangdahlem. Legal US residents must possess a social security number and be citizens of a NATO country, other than the host country (Germany).

In accordance with the NATO Status of Forces Agreement with Germany, citizens of the host country and non-NATO countries are not eligible for US NAF Employment.

Qualifying Experience: Experience utilizing automated systems and computer software Experience providing customer service and enforcing various policies Experience performing front desk duties Previous experience leading the work of others is highly desirable, but not required Major Duties:

The primary purpose of this position is to perform as a Senior Gest Services Representative in support of the front desk/office operation for Lodging.

The primary duties will include, but are not limited to: Provides training and observes work of new team members and relays work instructions from supervisor Assists in correcting clerical and system errors Balances workload of team members during shift for efficiency Reports all safety violations and maintains log of incidents and reports Documents and resolves straight-forward guest complaints, elevating unresolvable complaints Makes reservations, registers guests, assigns rooms and manages patron accounts Processes payments and statements for guests Prepares various reoccuring reports and updates databases Records maintenance problems and notifies appropriate person/organization Performs other duties as assigned.
