Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned.
2. Utilizes a variety of classified and unclassified databases to conduct research regarding Officers whose behavior may pose an insider threat risk. 3.
Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 4.
Presents a positive, professional image of the office to all clients, colleagues, and leadership in spoken and written complex communications. 5.
Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience supporting Insider Threat Programs within the Intelligence Community or Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional. 2.
Experience working in multiple disciplines to include security, counterintelligence, or analysis. 3. Experience providing briefings to various types of audiences. Major Duties:
