In this position you will serve as the technical expert assigned within an Installation Information Protection Office.

You will advise personnel from multiple specialized information protection and security programs supporting major DoD, USAF, other Federal Agencies and Foreign Government Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) classified and highly sensitive defense acquisition and intelligence programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1.

Knowledge of information, industrial, and personnel security concepts, principles, and practices to plan and implement security programs in these areas. 2.

Knowledge of security training concepts, programs, procedures, and practices to assist managers in establishing and and operating internal security programs. 3.

Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the installation and supported organizations. 4.

Ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately. 5.

Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.

2. Administers the Installation Industrial Security program, provides technical guidance in development of program/project/activity specific requirements. 3.

Administers the Installation Personnel Security Program to include DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies and implements host Installation procedures for managing the Personnel Security Program. 4.

Represents organization with DoD, USAF, HQ AFMC and various Center organizations, establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with these organizations.
