  • Ability to analyze information, evaluate alternatives, and address complex, multi-faceted security issues
  • Skills in managing complex activities, initiatives, and resources while applying sound judgment
  • Experience executing technical programs such as TSCM, Intelligence Systems Electronics Repair, or Telecommunications Systems Installation/Repair
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidance in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Ability to identify resources, constraints, and develop effective plans to overcome obstacles

Knowledge of TEMPEST standards, policies, and countermeasures, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them to varied operational environments. 2.

Understanding of electromagnetic emanation vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques, including the use of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators etc.

3. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. 4.

Manages complex activities and initiatives, employing good judgment and principles. 5.

Identifies available resources and constraints that impact the effectiveness of work assignments, and develops plans that effectively utilize resources and overcome obstacles. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.

Experience in the daily execution of technical programs such as TSCM, Intelligence Systems Electronics Repair, Telecommunications Systems Installation/repair or other technical programs. 2.

Experience applying the regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21 with supervisory oversight. 3.

Constructively questions convectional approaches, and supports an environment that encourages new ideas. Major Duties:
