Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the COMMANDING OFFICER, SECURITY DEPARTMENT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:1) Utilizing security principles across Personnel, Physical, Information Security, International Programs, and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection disciplines; 2) Demonstrating experience with security systems, inspections, audits, and compliance with regulations; 3) Demonstrating strong oral and written skills to provide training, prepare reports, and advise leadership; 4) Assisting with managing security programs and resolving complex issues; and 5) Performing physical tasks during inspections and work in environments with moderate risks.
