The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator to join Colorado Online. CCCS provides generous leave, excellent benefits, and flexible work schedules, including hybrid-remote work within the state of Colorado.
Please note that CCCS System Office is closed from 12/24/2025 – 1/2/2026. We will be returning to the office on 1/5/2026. We will review applications once the position closes and will notify candidates of the status of their application around the second week of January.
As the Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator, you will be a point of contact for Colorado Online Consortium members across CCCS for issues related to schedule policies, procedures, and guidelines.
In addition, you will work closely with the college schedulers to ensure compliance with CCCS and individual college registration practices and procedures.
The Coordinator answers questions from Registrars, college schedulers, Colorado Online Student Success Liaisons, faculty, instructors, administrators, and other stakeholders and provides expert advice on the management of Colorado Online course sections and related policies.
You will troubleshoot student service and registration issues on behalf of the consortium partner, and coordinate with other student and academic affair areas to facilitate student and faculty/instructor support.
Duties include
Oversee, ensure for accuracy, and maintain Colorado Online course offerings in Banner databases at 13 partner colleges.
This includes the support of building new online courses and adding and deleting online courses as needed systemwide.
Work with partner college Student Services personnel answering questions regarding Banner issues, providing accurate and timely information so students are given best possible support.
In collaboration with the Colorado Online Director of Consortial Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, manage the Colorado Online enrollment and section distribution process.
Coordinate with the CCCS college schedulers to ensure appropriate faculty/instructor assignments and serve as the primary point of contact for issues related to the building of online course sections in Banner.
