This job involves leading safety and health efforts in a naval shipyard, focusing on preventing workplace injuries, managing safety data, and ensuring compliance with health standards in industrial settings.

You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER in the OCCUPATIONL SAFETY AND HEALTH DIVISION (106.2) of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and implementing work processes, operations, or hazardous conditions to ensure compliance with occupational safety health standards in shipyard or industrial environment.
