Summary

This job involves managing fire safety programs on ships, ensuring compliance with prevention and response measures, and providing training and guidance to teams in a naval detachment in Singapore.

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST (FIRE SAFETY) in the SRF Detachment Singapore of SRF DETACHMENT SINGAPORE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of concepts, principles, and practices of shipboard damage control and fire safety principles and procedures.

2) Applying knowledge and experience in shipboard damage control and 3) Detailed knowledge of ship and shore-based firefighting practices.

  • You will provide safety guidance to employees performing a range of duties.
