Requirements

As a vital member of our Bucks County team, you will evaluate and enhance maintenance operations to align with department policies and strategic objectives. This role involves assessing and adjusting work plans to ensure the seamless availability of labor, materials, equipment, and funding. You will use Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems to analyze data, maintain system control, and ensure program targets are met. Additionally, you will oversee the accuracy of foreman payrolls and utilize production reports to monitor man-hours and material consumption, proactively resolving discrepancies to keep our projects on track and within scope.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours are subject to change based on operational needs.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or
  • An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
