In this position, you will undertake technical responsibilities to support the evaluation, analysis, and enhancement of maintenance operations in alignment with the objectives set by management and the policies and procedures of the department within Cambria County.
Your role will involve assisting in the assessment of work plans to ensure that they are well-balanced and that the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and funding are available for their successful execution.
You will also help in making necessary adjustments to these work plans as circumstances dictate.
Additionally, you will contribute to the review and analysis of data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems, ensuring that program goals are met and that overall system control is upheld.
Furthermore, you will assist in verifying the accuracy of foreman payrolls and serve as a backup for payroll processing.
By utilizing various reports, you will monitor work data, including completed production units, man-hours utilized, equipment usage, and material consumption, addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
Lastly, you will review and track work data to ensure adherence to the County Maintenance Measurement Tool (CMMT) standards, providing recommendations for organizational improvements where necessary.Interested in learning more?
