Full Job Description

You will serve as a Resource Specialist in the Program Support Division of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using purchasing regulations/methods/procedures to make purchases involving specialized and/or commercial requirements; 2) Using market sources to purchase a wide range of specialized items and services; 3) Ensuring documentation for contract and/or procurement comply with regulations; and 4) Preparing/presenting budget reports associated with reoccurring obligations to managers.

  • You will review DTS submissions for accuracy and analyze budget obligation, commitment, and execution data from a variety of projects to address deficiencies in program execution.
