This part-time role involves supporting people with mental health and related challenges in a 24/7 residential facility, helping them build skills for independent living and community involvement through counseling, planning, and transportation.
It's ideal for compassionate, reliable individuals who enjoy making a real difference in others' lives. No advanced degree is needed, but you must be a Pennsylvania resident and pass background checks.

In this important role, you will assist individuals in the mental health CRR Program who are engaged in recovery with behavioral health and co-occurring issues to obtain the skills necessary to live independently and integrate into the community.
You can expect to assist in developing and implementing individual service plans.
You will have the opportunity counsel clients to effectively process daily stressors, educational and vocational responsibilities and personal values.
This position provides transportation when required.
