This part-time role involves supporting people with mental health challenges in a group home setting by helping them build daily living skills, like personal care and social interactions, to live more independently.
A good fit would be someone patient and empathetic who enjoys hands-on work with others and is flexible with varying hours, including nights and weekends.
No advanced degree is needed, but a willingness to learn through required trainings is key.

This position serves as a part-time as needed Residential Program Trainee in the Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) Program.
The CRRS is a residential setting in the community for consumers with chronic psychiatric disabilities. This position assists in developing individual service plans in a residential setting.
Participate in the planning and implementation of educational and recreational activities in accordance with the individual's plan.
This role assists individuals with learning self-care skills through teaching and role modeling based on their individual needs which may include personal hygiene, nutrition, daily living skills, and safety practices.
You will help individuals in developing skills towards living independently in the community such as problem solving, effective listening, conversational skills, interpersonal skills, good manners, and outcome actions planning.
This position provides direct care to individuals through nutritious cooking, shopping, laundry, housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
You will assist residents in community services, family interactions, telephone use, generic services, and public transportation.
This role at times provides help with residents' medication and money management. Additional duties involve:
