This job involves helping with the daily running of the Governor's Residence in Pennsylvania, including cleaning, setting up events, serving guests, and keeping everything organized and safe.
It's a behind-the-scenes role supporting housekeeping, guest services, and events to ensure smooth operations for official functions and dignitaries.

As a Residence Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting official functions, visiting dignitaries, and day-to-day residence operations to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
You will be responsible for providing flexible support for a wide range of departments, such as identifying operational needs and taking initiative to address them; monitoring inventories; reporting maintenance or repair needs; as well as assisting guest experience and service teams with preparation, execution, and breakdown of events.
Work also involves preparing dining and reception spaces to ensure service readiness and visual consistency.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with staff in order to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the residence.
