Job Description
Summary
This job involves leading microbiology research projects in a naval medical setting, including developing serological reagents and managing a team of scientists to advance medical studies.
A good fit would be someone with strong experience in lab-based research and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Key Requirements

- You will serve as an independent investigator and be responsible for conducting original research.
- You will provide direction to a multi-disciplinary research team with guidance from the Department Head.
- You will use program management knowledge to support the management of the department's research projects.
