  • Full-time availability without compensation, working at multiple sites including Puget Sound HCS and affiliates

Full Job Description

Please note: There is no pay associated with this position. This position serves as Without Compensation Research Health Technician within the Office of Research & Development (ORD).

The Research Coordinator will be working in a collaborative and diverse environment with the Garcia Research group.

The candidate will play a central role in the performance of multicenter research studies and will aid in research development, data collection, and other activities to carry out the program goals.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 02/18/2026.

Experience: You must possess general experience that demonstrates attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work well with a team and independently, and motivated to be involved in research activities.

Note: Positions in this series range widely in type and include support duties to medical or health personnel such as audiologists, speech pathologists, medical officers, and optometrists.

Therefore, technician experience is experience that required application of the knowledge, methods, and techniques of the position to be filled.

OR Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, with major study or at least 24 semester hours in subjects directly related to the position.

Major Duties:
