Summary

Full Job Description


Under the general supervision of the Rehabilitative Services Manager, provide clinical interventions, evaluations, treatment, education, and coordinate aftercare for clients under the supervision of the Department at assigned county offices. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate, timely, and consistent services are provided. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the program. Participate in the development of curriculum and trainings for both offenders and agency staff Enhance Department staff’s awareness and knowledge regarding rehabilitative services programming and treatment protocols.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences and professional experience in human services or social services programs.

Qualifications

Experience working in the substance use, domestic violence and/or sexual offending fields. At least one year’s experience facilitating treatment in group settings.
