Job Description

Summary

This job is for a recreation assistant at a fitness center on a U.S. Army base in Georgia, where you'll help plan and run basic workout programs to keep people in shape.

You'll guide users on exercises for cardio, strength, and stretching to promote overall fitness.

Key Requirements

This position is located at Paul R. Smith Fitness Center which is on Fort Benning under the Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR).

  • Assist in the planning markets and conducts an ongoing program to provide conditioning programs for facility users.
  • Instructs in the proper conditioning and training for aerobic and muscular fitness, and flexibility.
