About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Outdoor Recreation. This position is considered Regular Part-Time.

You are guaranteed 20 hrs, however you could work up to 40 hrs per week.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience which demonstrated the ability to manage and account for funds and tickets. Must have knowledge of computer.

Selling tickets and attractions of this kind is desirable. Must be able to read and speak English and communicate effectively with customers. The ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:

Serves customers that visit or telephone the ticket and travel operation.

Sells tickets to local and area attractions as well as nationwide attractions by tickets on hand, searching Air Force Central Ticketing, Internet, other Base contacts, by phone, fax, or any other means necessary.

Sending in the ticket orders and making sure they are received and to the customer in a timely manner. Secures and accounts for all tickets and monies.

Accepts payments, receives checks, and controls receipt of resale items. Posts expenditures daily sales, refunds and profits to reports. Prepares necessary daily reports.

Resolves customer complaints and provides policy guidance to customers. When not directly engaged in ticket sale operation assists outdoor recreation customers.
