About the position: This position will be a Recreation Assistant assigned to Osan Air Base MiG Alleys Bowling Center; includes 24 lanes, a state-of-the-art lighting system and appealing daily food specials.

A Flex (Intermittent) schedule does not have guaranteed hours, and you may work 0-40 hours per week as needed by the facility. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Assists in the operation and maintenance of the Bowling Center.
Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for counter control operation which includes assignment of bowling lanes, shoe rental, cash control, locker rental, sale of bowling merchandise, and assisting customers.
Prepares daily reports and deposits receipts in the safe at the close of each shift.
Ensures leagues start at the correct time, noting unusual delays and informs league officials of any corrective action that may be required.
When closing the facility, completes all checklists and ensures building is secure. Position requires moderate lifting, prolonged standing and walking. Position is a position of trust.
