Schedule: 18 - 26 hours per week, which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.All interested candidates must apply at this time. Requirements
Job PurposeUnder close supervision, is responsible for daily operations as a shift lead at the Oregon Ridge Park and Lodge.
Essential Job Duties- Oversee the use of facilities for rentals and events.
- Assist groups in planning and carrying out rentals and events.
- Maintain the facility in a safe and satisfactory condition.
- Serve as a shift lead for part-time and occasional staff.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical files and/or records.
- Organize, supervise, and instruct specialized programs for various age groups.
- Create and design flyers, booklets, advertisements, brochures, and/or reports.
- Meet with community groups and potential renters.
Examples of Other DutiesPerform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education, Experience and Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma or an appropriate equivalent
Preferred Experience- Specialization in customer service, special events, recreation, or nature programs preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Entry Level)Possessing adequate skills and appreciation for the specialized program to create a well-rounded, diversified program
A practical understanding of the skill to be learned
Ability to work well with the age group involved
Knowledge of first aid
