This entry-level job trains new hires to become lifeguards at a military base's aquatic facility, starting with close supervision and required training sessions like rescue drills.

Retention Incentive (Cash Bonus) in the amount up to $1,000.00 is authorized.
Selectees are eligible to receive a cash bonus of $500.00 after working 50 hours and an additional $500.00 after working 100 hours. Resumes must be two pages (or less).
