This entry-level job trains people to become lifeguards at a military base's swimming facility, starting with close supervision and required safety training.
It involves learning to monitor swimmers, handle emergencies, and eventually watch over guests at the pool.
It's ideal for someone who loves water activities, is a strong swimmer, and wants to build skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.
This position is located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord Aquatics Program. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed.
