Full Job Description

This position is located at the Ironworks East Gym on Fort Bliss. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed.

A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application. Major Duties:

  • Maintain the facilities sanitation and cleanliness standards (cleaning equipment, dust/mopping, vacuuming, etc.).
  • Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions.
  • Execute cashier duties, including transaction processing, cash counting, and safe management. Update and manage electronic patron records within the computer system to ensure data accuracy and seamless service.
  • Adapt to any assigned shift, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, by maintaining full scheduling flexibility.
  • Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
