Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist, GS-1170-13 position with USACE, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division, in Fort Worth, TX.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Apply management concepts, principles, methods and practices on Real Estate programs.
2) Manage the efficient and effective accomplishment of the planning and execution of major realty projects in support of a program.
3) Provide advice and guidance on existing and proposed studies and/or real estate projects.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
