Master of Science in Nursing from a program accredited by a nationally recognized nursing accreditation organization.Current Nurse Practitioner Certification from a nationally recognized nursing accreditation organization.Certificate of Fitness as an Advanced Practice Nurse issued by the State of Tennessee.Licensed a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
Applicants holding a Registered Nurse or APRN license from a state that participates in the “Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact” may be hired but must obtain their Tennessee license within thirty (30) days of hire.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification.Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply, however at the present time MPHD is not sponsoring individuals through any of the US Government's employment-based immigration programs.
