Job Description
The Part-time Service Delivery Technician will be responsible for IT inventory receiving and processing, internal IT fulfillment and ticket support, and warehouse and logistics operations. This position will also be responsible for inventory accuracy and asset handling.

Essential Duties
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming IT equipment and materials; verify shipments against purchase documentation and ensure accurate entry into Oracle inventory systems
  • Fulfill internal IT hardware and equipment requests submitted through the IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system, including staging, documentation, and timely completion
  • Organize, store, and move IT equipment within the warehouse using pallet jacks and related equipment; assist with deliveries and equipment relocation between County facilities as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, support physical inventory counts, follow asset handling and data security procedures, and report inventory discrepancies or damaged equipment.
  • Enter and update inventory transactions in Oracle ERP, including receipts, issues, transfers, and expense-related activities
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading
  • Fulfill internal IT hardware and equipment requests submitted through the ITSM ticketing system
  • Pull, stage, label, and distribute IT equipment for deployments and technician requests
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, location tracking, and asset documentation
  • Assist with Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), including shipment preparation and ticket updates
  • Perform physical inventory counts and assist in researching and resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Move, store, and organize IT equipment within the warehouse using pallet jacks and related equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment and follow all safety and data-handling procedures
Other Job Requirements/Information
  • This job is a civilian position in either a public safety department or in Information Technology with close ties to public safety. Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a public safety background which may include criminal histories, and fingerprinting.
Hourly rate
The hourly rate for this position is $30.00.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, or G.E.D. AND
  • Two years of IT, operations/warehouse logistics, or related experience
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Certified IT Asset Disposition (CITAD), Forklift or pallet jack operator certification preferred not required
