Oversees the calculation and updating of property values and taxes, including adjustments, refunds, depreciation, and supplemental assessments.
Ensures accuracy in property records, tax assessments, and customer correspondence, and supports the team with complex or escalated matters.
In addition, oversee and review various correspondence, material, reports, and communications related to division operations.
