The Property and Evidence Custodian supports that mission by providing expert evidence management and is responsible for the receipt, accessioning, storage and disposition of evidence submitted to the Toxicology Laboratory Division for forensic toxicology testing.
The Property and Evidence Custodian interacts with laboratory management (supervisors, managers, assistant division commander, division commander), all technical and/or administrative personnel, customers, including law enforcement agencies, attorneys, medical examiners and coroners.
This position supports the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) for disaster or emergency recovery. In the event of COOP activation, this position will relocate evidence when necessary.Check your resume before applying to catch common mistakes
