AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you possess the specialized experience for the grade level to which you are applying.
Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks, full-time) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (or comparable level of experience from outside the Federal service) performing ALL of the following duties: Managing change management activities such as developing communications and training materials, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and/or monitoring readiness metrics to ensure smooth adoption of new business processes; and Participating in business process reengineering initiatives such as mapping workflows, analyzing operational data, managing expenses, and/or making recommendations to improve efficiency; and Coordinating project team tasks such as monitoring deliverables, mentoring peers to promote collaboration, and/or aligning project objectives with organizational goals.

For a Project Manager (Management and Program Analyst), specific duties vary by hiring agency.
