Full Job Description

Position is responsible for managing and facilitating the progress and results of projects under the direction of management, including substantive research to further those projects.

Requirements

Monitors projects, oversee administrative details, such as project budgets, contract billing, status reports, etc. as directed.

Provides administrative assistance as requested by Project Managers.

Performs maintenance of records and plans as needed.

Prepares reports as required.

Provides administrative assistance and record maintenance of various projects.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a field of study directly related to the position or two (2) years of directly related work experience. A valid Indiana driver's license, knowledge of computer operations, effective communications both written and oral is required.
