The Iowa Employment Appeal Board (EAB) is seeking a Program Planner 3 with expertise in Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefits.
This position oversees the EAB’s UI appeals process, ensuring strict adherence to U.S.
Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, and providing strategic administrative support to the Director of Administrative Operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Program Planner 3 with expertise in UI Benefits. Operating from our office near Valley Junction, you will be the strategic lead for managing and docketing UI appeals.
You will ensure every case strictly adheres to DOL regulations while serving as a technical mentor to our administrative team.
