This job involves helping young people and their families navigate youth justice programs by coordinating support services, connecting them to community resources, and building partnerships with schools and agencies to prevent issues and promote positive outcomes.
It also includes recruiting and training volunteers and staff to keep the program running smoothly.
A good fit would be someone passionate about youth development, with strong people skills and experience in social services or community outreach.

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, social work, or related field, and three years of direct service and/or program support work experience in the juvenile justice system, community provider or related systems; OR an equivalent combination of additional work experience and education.
Experience in developing collaborative working relationships with youth-serving agencies and community groups, and experience working with diverse communities and jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to interact effectively with a wide range of people in a professional manner. Knowledge of community-based resources and services. Experience facilitating group meetings and activities to promote program objectives and strategies. Must have the ability to handle sensitive case information in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient with various computer software applications including Microsoft Office programs and database management.
