Establish priorities and sets clear expectations for the BabyNet Eligibility Central Referral Team, including Supervisors, Scheduling, Data, Admin, and Escalations.
Monitor individual and team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis against established CRT standards. Continuously review processes to ensure ongoing compliance with IDEA regulations.
Collect, analyze, and report on key program metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of referral workflows and process-improvement initiatives.
Oversees the timely and accurate processing of referrals in compliance with IDEA federal regulations.
This role ensures the implementation and monitoring of team performance standards in alignment with policies and guidelines.
The manager provides ongoing performance feedback, supports staff development, and leads process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Provides high-level support to the BabyNet Eligibility Program Manager, contributing to the effective operation and oversight of the program.
Offers direction and guidance to staff on program-related issues, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Utilizes in-depth program knowledge to contribute to the development and implementation of BabyNet policies and procedures. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the BabyNet Eligibility Team.
Leads special projects at the direction of management, ensuring timely and effective execution aligned with program objectives.
Attends and facilitates meetings and training sessions to support staff development to ensure consistent communication of program goals and updates.
Prepares, analyzes, and presents reports to inform leadership decisions and monitor program performance.
Oversees the status and progress of multiple, complex, and time-sensitive projects and initiatives facilitated within the BabyNet program.
Travel is required to provide on-site leadership, training, and support.
Performs fundamental supervisory and leadership functions in accordance with Department policies and procedures, best practices and Federal and State rules and regulations, especially with regard to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) standards.
Maintains an effective organizational team and motivates diverse staff to accomplish mission critical operations and objectives.
Promotes workforce engagement and a safe, professional, and productive work environment for all employees.
