Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to plan and manage resources for special operations programs, focusing on analyzing threats, assessing capabilities, and developing budgets for advanced technologies like underwater and unmanned systems.

You will serve as a Program Manager at the Strategy & Plans, Requirements, Resourcing and Assessments Department of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a diverse team to perform strategic planning, with experience in undersea systems, unmanned systems, cyber communications, intelligence and reconnaissance, evaluating and developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning documents; leading and supervising a cross functional team into sound acquisition and programming strategies.
