Summary

This job is for a senior program manager in the U.S.

Full Job Description

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S.

Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Mission Support Directorate, Acquisitions Division, located in Washington, DC.

Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Serving as a key advisor to management on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of an acquisition program Advising management on acquisition laws, policies, regulations, and processes Reviewing work products of subordinate organizations and accept, reject, or amend work Establishing internal controls to prevent fraud, waste, and misuse of resources in accordance with the Federal Managers Integrity Act Evaluating the value and applicability of new or improved technology, strategies, trends, or applications NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.

This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10).
