Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading and coordinating complex programs for naval warfare systems, including planning acquisitions, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth operations to meet military goals.
A good fit would be someone with strong leadership experience in project management, especially in defense or government settings, who can handle multiple tasks and advise high-level leaders.
It requires a detail-oriented professional comfortable with oversight of contracts, resources, and team objectives.
You will serve as a Program Manager in the Integrated Warfare Systems of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE IWS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of equivalent experience to the NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Managing or overseeing complex tasking, to integrate warfare systems requirements, plans, organization, and develops goals and objectives that integrate manpower and personnel support objectives into the short and long-term operational plans of the program, or establishing, revising or reviewing policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational and staff, to ensure work problems or barriers for mission accomplishment are eliminated or developing, managing, and executing program budgets for IWS programs.
