Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading and managing the Navy's G-Invoicing program, which handles financial invoicing and related systems, from planning and execution to ongoing support and upgrades.
You'll supervise a small team, coordinate with various government offices and partners, and ensure everything runs smoothly while managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading programs through all phases of the lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and closure for ships.
