Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This role involves leading and managing programs at a naval support facility in Monterey, California, where you'll advise the commanding officer, oversee projects, and ensure smooth operations across various activities.
You'll handle planning, budgeting, and team coordination to meet organizational goals.

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Command/Administrative program of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY MONTEREY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of advanced management and organization principles, including business planning, program management techniques, organizing, scheduling, and decision-making; 2) Ability to establish goals, monitor performance, and oversee personnel actions; 3) Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) planning, Programming, and Budgeting processes, as well as expert understanding of Navy command and organizational relationships; 4) Ability to analyze and interpret a wide variety of complex issues to formulate policy and procedural solutions; and 5) Communicate ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, and to negotiate with internal and external groups and individuals.
