About the Position: Vogelweh, Germany, is a large U.S. military complex within the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), located in west-central Germany.
It's one of several military areas and houses the Vogelweh Military Family Housing area, schools, a commissary.
Federal employees in Vogelweh, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Who May Apply: U.S.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Specialized Experience GS-06: One year of specialized experience which includes providing administrative assistance to a transportation program; utilizing computer software to verify information; and monitoring customer inquiries.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Specialized Experience GS-07: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with program budget preparation; utilizing transportation systems; and assisting with the improvement of transportation operations or processes.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
