Under general supervision, the Program Assistant provides project and administrative support for the Scout Motors Project.
In addition to typing, filing and data entry, performs duties such as scheduling, systematic organizing of training records, as well as disseminating information effectively and efficiently.
Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles confidential and sensitive data. Independent judgment is required to plan and prioritize diversified workloads.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
Must have strong administrative experience and be able to demonstrate skill with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.
A comprehensive knowledge of data collection and the ability to communicate effectively via multiple communication methods.
Possess a high degree of interpersonal skills with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills in resolving administrative concerns.
