Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and improving the MAXIMO software system used by the Navy for tracking maintenance, facilities, and inventory at their headquarters.
You'll act as the main expert, coordinating changes, solving problems, and briefing leaders on how the system supports operations.
It's a great fit for someone with strong experience in enterprise software management, especially in government or facilities settings, who enjoys leading teams and analyzing data.
You will serve as a SYSTEMS PROGRAM MANAGER (MAXIMO) in the Public Works Business Line (PWBL) of NAVFAC Headquarters.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing the computerized maintenance management system MAXIMO to log work requirements, perform complex data extractions, and manage systems integration to support business objectives; 2) Analyzing and evaluating facility, asset, work, and inventory management operations within the MAXIMO system and participating in the development and implementation of functional requirements for system changes; and 3) Troubleshooting MAXIMO system issues, leading user groups, and effectively discussing all aspects of the MAXIMO system.
