Full Job Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (COST ADVOCATE) in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (code 300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

For GS-07: $52,680 - $68,485 For GS-05: $42,528 - $55,287 For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector collecting extracting and analyzing financial data; formulating solutions to improve project performance metrics; discussing and presenting analytical project cost findings and performance.

For the GS-05: :Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with collecting, extracting and analyzing financial data; assisting with identifying ways to resolve problems or improve productivity; discussing and presenting analytical project cost findings and performance.
