You'll assist senior staff with paperwork, coordinate purchases, and ensure financial records match up accurately.

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (BUSINESS SERVICES) in the BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUP (DSMB), BUSINESS SVC GRP (DSMB2) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing work products utilizing currently authorized Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) software (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing successive steps in fact-finding and analysis of procedural issues related to business services and office administration functions.
Experience assisting in collecting and compiling budget and program data, budget execution review, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Experience compiling and recording monthly reconciliation data with actual obligations and performing an analysis to ensure the transactions match exactly.
Experience performing a variety of clerical, administrative and technical duties/responsibilities in support of management to meet mission goals.
