This job is about leading business operations for a naval engineering center, where you'll guide the team's vision, manage budgets, and drive improvements to make everything run more efficiently.

You'll help align staffing and programs with the organization's goals while handling complex administrative tasks.
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL MANAGER (BUSINESS DIRECTOR) in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project.
The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12-14 or NT-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading business operations which span vision promulgation, culture change, business plan development/shaping/monitoring, and financial management (i.e.
working capital fund and general fund); 2) Developing strategic objectives into an execution plan and implementing risk-based assessment tools; and 3) Promoting innovation, knowledge management, and promulgating a data driven decision making culture in order to improve command efficiency and effectiveness.
