Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and managing financial programs for the U.S. Navy, including monitoring budgets, handling travel funds, and ensuring compliance with purchase card processes.
It requires working with reports, identifying issues, and providing guidance to team members on program rules.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing work processes, studies and evaluating program operations; assisting with allocation of funds for the executive office; AND Prepare statistical summaries, writing position papers, and developing and presenting briefings.
