Full Job Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Environmental Management Division of MARINE CORPS BASE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing financial and administrative oversight in support of environmental programs, executing long-range financial plans for compliance programs, preparing reports for budgeting, phasing and execution of funds AND evaluating programs and recommending solutions on financial issues for an organization.

  • You will develop and analyze financial and administrative programs and plans in support of the Environmental Management Division (EMD)..
  • You will provide support in the execution of long-range financial plans for compliance programs, performing annual and multi-year planning and analysis.
  • You will perform compile, analyze and summarize financial data in various databases (i.e., Status Tool for Environmental Programs (STEP), SABRS, etc.)
  • You will develop details reports for budgeting, phasing and execution of funds.
  • You will analyze and evaluate programs, recommending solutions for complex financial issues.
