As a Program Analyst at the GS-0343-14, you will be part of the Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The incumbent performs oversight and monitors programmatic, organizational, informational, managerial, technical, and administrative functions in the assigned Field Management Programs (FMP).
For the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service.
Specialized experience includes experience applying practices, theories, techniques, and methodologies of administration and management to the definition and solutions of programmatic and operational problems encountered in assigned areas.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 14 level.
