Your work will help us ensure the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) continues to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

In this position, you will focus on the effectiveness of quality services provided through the Statewide Medical Assistance (MA) Programs related to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).

You will also perform oversight of the Community HealthChoices Managed Care Organizations (CHC-MCOs’) data collection and reporting activities.

Through this oversight you will determine the effectiveness of care coordination and identify opportunities for quality improvement.

Your work will involve developing and implementing methods to evaluate programs and interpreting data for presentation in verbal or written formats.

Further duties include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare programs, as well as conducting research to develop ways to evaluate the needs of the programs.

Additionally, you will often collaborate with OLTL Leadership, OLTL Medical Director, and other stakeholders involved with the programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
